Easy view bar
A View bar displays a set of buttons or menu options that give you access to First Page 2006 functionality. The Easy view bar uses large buttons with easy-to-understand title text to give you quick access to the most commonly-used functions in First Page 2006.
- Enables you to switch between view bars.
- Displays or hides the Side Panels - refer to Viewing the Side Panels for more information.
- Opens the Anchor dialog - refer to Inserting an anchor/link for more information.
- Enables you to choose from a wide-variety of font-related tags and functions.
- Enables you to choose from a variety of page functions.
- Opens the Tables dialog - refer to Inserting a table for more information.
- Enables you to choose from a variety of image-insertion functions - refer to Inserting an image for more information.
- Enables you to choose from a variety of script-insertion functions - refer to Using scripts for more information.
- Enables you to choose from a variety of miscellaneous functions, including Java Applets and horizontal rules.
- Checks the spelling in the displayed document - refer to Checking spelling for more information.
- Opens the Evrsoft FTP Client - refer to Uploading a web page for more information.
- Enables you to set the preferences for First Page 2006 - refer to Setting program preferences for more information.
- Opens the online help for First Page 2006 or the tab that the cursor is in - refer to Using this help and/or Using the main Reference tab for more information.
To display the Easy view bar:
Click on the View > View Easy bar menu option to turn the view bar on and off.
